Sanitas provides its members with a range of online services to make it easier to access useful information so as to gradually streamline online administrative procedures.
- In the Corporate Area of sanitas.es, you will have access to numerous services to make it easier to manage your policy:
- Inclusion of new insured members
We provide the means through which your employees can arrange a policy with the company and, if you wish, we can also set up an approval service.
View the status of applications
- This enables you to view applications processed online (new applications as well as any kind of inclusions or modifications). In the event you wish to approve new applications before Sanitas processes them, you will be able to access these applications using this service and make the relevant approval.
- View the status of everyone included in the policy, whether included online or not (Internet, telephone, paper, etc.). This services enables policy details to be modified and even cancellation. It also lets you download a file on all the insured members included in the policy. This file lets you load the data onto any management or data analysis tool.
- Remittance information.
In the event that your company pays the entirety or part of the policy premium, this service enables you to view the full details of the amounts invoiced person to person, download a list and even download a file with all the details for you to then load onto any management or data analysis tool.
- Changing passwords
You may personally change the Application password and the Management password. If the policy covers different departments, each department may have a different password to make it easier for different administrative bodies to have online access within their company (departments, workplaces, companies, etc.).
